The CEO of the Kenya Healthcare Federation, Dr. Tim Theuri, participated in a Stakeholder Engagement Breakfast focused on the ratification of the international vaccines institute agreement. This collaborative event was held in conjunction with the Ministry of Health. The International Vaccines Institute is dedicated to vaccines and vaccination for the betterment of global health. Their overarching mission is to discover, develop, and distribute safe, effective, and affordable vaccines to bolster worldwide public health efforts.
The ratification of the treaty that will allow Kenya to join IVI as a member will open up opportunities to make Kenya self-reliant for her vaccines needs.
