Technical Lead Local Manufacturing Healthcare Products & Technologies (Pharmaceuticals)

Kenya Healthcare Federation (KHF) seeks a highly motivated and dynamic technical lead on local health products and technologies. The officer will provide technical support and project management leadership towards the local manufacturing projects working in close collaboration with Industry, Government, and the USAID PSE (Private sector engagement) stakeholder framework.

They will support KHF’s project activity mandate within the PSE program staff based at KHF and
with our partners. The successful candidate should have experience within the Pharma ecosystem with critical exposure to working with Local manufacturers in the healthcare space.

They must have a minimum of 10 years of experience within the Pharma industry, preferably in manufacturing. should be highly motivated, a creative problem solver, and have strong analytical
skills, process facilitation, and collaboration skills. They should commit to excellence and producing
results. The role reports to the CEO with a dotted line to the PSE framework.

Head of Finance and Administration

Kenya Healthcare Federation (KHF) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Finance and Administration. This full-time position plays a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial management, administration and procurement, and human resources functions

  • Human Resources Management

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management and administration, preferably in the health sector, 3 of which must be in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated experience in Administration and HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor law, financial regulations, and procurement procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with donor-funded grants is an added advantage

Programs Officer (2 Positions)

Kenya Healthcare Federation (KHF) seeks a highly motivated and dynamic Programs Officer to play a key role in the managing and running of our projects. The Programs Officer will support our various project activities and work on selected workstreams within the work-plan, alongside project staff based at KHF and with our partners A successful candidate should have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. They should be a highly motivated creative problem solver; have strong analytical, writing, communication, process facilitation, and collaboration skills; and have a commitment to excellence and producing results.

Responsibilities:

The PO will serve as a key member of the team, contributing technical assistance to specific health governance and leadership challenges and supporting the implementation of project activities. Responsibilities will encompass administrative, project management, research, business development, and communication tasks (among others).

Project Accountant

Kenya Healthcare Federation (KHF) seeks a skilled Project Accountant to join our dynamic team.
As a Project Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial success of our projects by providing accurate and timely accounting support.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration, the incumbent will be expected to:

  • Perform project cost analysis and reporting, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to project budgets.
  • Monitor and reconcile project financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and expense claims.
  • Prepare project financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on project financial performance.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, financial models, and funding applications.
