Kenya Healthcare Federation in partnership with International Finance Corporation (IFC) held a stakeholder sensitization meeting at Movenpick Hotel, Nairobi, and an introductory stakeholder engagement meeting at Acacia Hotel in Kisumu.
IFC is committed to strengthening the visibility of the Africa Medical Equipment Facility (AMEF) program and has designed a strategy that involves increased regional stakeholder engagements to introduce AMEF and engage with the programs’ equipment manufacturers, distributors, their partner bank, CO-OP Bank in Kenya and local small and medium health enterprises from RUPHA, KCCB, CHAK and SUPKEM and other private sector HSMEs.
The sessions were highly interactive and engaging with participants providing useful feedback on how to improve the program to suit the market needs.
