Charity is a Senior Manager with diverse experience in Kenya and internationally. Before KHF, Charity spent more than 18 years working in the humanitarian sector, holding both field and headquarters roles. She is an effective leader, influencer, communicator and collaborator, as well as a critical and strategic thinker who pushes creative limits, seeking innovative approaches and eliminating barriers amidst high-pressure, complex, and charged dynamics.
