M&E Officer
Lilian serves as KHF’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer where she establishes and maintains efficient Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning systems and control mechanisms to support the smooth running of organizational M&E and ensure accountability, transparency, compliance with reporting, data availability for decision making, confidentiality and quality.
She is M&E certified from the Kenya Institute of Management, currently pursuing her Master of Arts degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi. She has also participated in training on risk management, HIV legal and policy requirements, safeguarding and compliance, and monitoring and evaluation for GIZ sports for change projects.
Lilian has over 7 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation learning and project management, leading health programs to deliver high-impact outcomes.
This includes coordinating activities through proper work plan tracking, mentorship and trainings, proposal writing and resource mobilization. She has also developed monitoring and evaluation frameworks and conducted strategic plan performance reviews.
