The Kenya Healthcare Federation and The End Fund held a members’ meeting at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Upper Hill on March 16th, 2023.
The KHF members’ meeting is a Private Sector forum that brings together leading Healthcare Organizations within the KHF Membership, Partners including the Ministry of Health Representation, Development Partners, Faith Based Organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations.
The theme was “Private Sector Engagement for NTDs Control and Elimination.”
Presentations were given by Irene Chami, Dr. Margaret Njenga, and Dr. Vincent Okungu. The Principal Secretary was represented by Titus Watitu.
Dr. Kanyenje Gakombe, KHF Chairman gave an address encouraging members to network and lobby for various issues that affect them. He introduced the KHF Board Directors and Committee Chairs. Various committee chairs provided updates on their respective areas, and our CEO Dr. Tim Theuri gave updates on our activities in the past quarter, upcoming events and activities.
The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks to members by our Vice chair Dr. Elizabeth Wala.
