Kenya Healthcare Federation participated in the French Healthcare Innovation & Business Forum organised by the French Healthcare Association in September 18th and 19th. The international event aimed at connecting key players in the French Healthcare Ecosystem with foreign organizations and decision-makers with the goal of developing business flows and generating collaboration opportunities.
Over the course of the forum, The Kenya Healthcare Federation delegation led by Dr. Anastasia Nyalita included, The Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya CEO, Dr Lucas K Nyabero, MedSource Group Limited, Chief Finance & Operations Officer, Samuel Kimani, The Karen Hospital CEO Juliet Gikonyo, Dr. Belgrad Kenne, DBA and the KHF secretariat Grace Mutia, participated in Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Governments (B2G) meetings, conferences, and market presentations with the aim of discussing shared priorities and various forms of collaborations possible.
A Memoranda of understanding (MoU) was signed bilaterally between the French Healthcare Association and Kenya Healthcare Federation with the aim of opening direct relationships that will promote investments, partnerships, best practices sharing, knowledge sharing, exchange programs, technology transfer, scholarships, fellowships, and regular engagements between their respective counterparts in France and Kenya.
