USAID and The Palladium Group International held a 4-Day NPI – EXPAND Partner Co-creation workshop at Windsor Hotel to discuss the priorities for interventions in Narok County with the goal of increasing the availability and use of high-quality health services through new and underutilized local partners(NUPs).
The implementation will focus on organizational development for the NUPS and technical delivery of gender integrated family planning interventions that are responsive to the unique sociocultural and environmental context.
The workshop helped concretize the reproductive health needs of the county regarding family planning as well as identifying the priority interventions.
KHF was represented by the Secretariat, Dr. Sylvia Mwelu who provided input that will be important in exploring the Private Sector space in reproductive health and specifically at the county level. This will also form the basis for technical implementation in future.
