The Health Sector Board of Kenya Private Sector Alliance – Kenya Healthcare Federation (KHF) had a series of a week-long Board training session on Corporate Governance at Lake Naivasha Resort.
The session on Corporate Governance for the Board Members focused on various areas among which include; good governance for Health Sector, essential Board practices, roles and responsibilities of the Board Members with a view of building an exceptional and enlightened Board that anticipates plans and sees opportunities for the growth of the organization.
